How do I place an order online?

Simply click on the Shop tab and select the products for your order, enter delivery and payment details and finalise your order.

What is the online order cut off time?

Cut off time for next day delivery is 8pm. If we don’t have an item in stock, our team will contact you the next day to arrange an alternative.

What are the delivery days?

We deliver 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery time slots can be booked when shopping online.

What is the delivery fee?

Free of charge within 15km of our store. Between 15km to 30km of our store incurs a charge of $15. We can arrange delivery anywhere in Western Australia so if your delivery location is more than 30km from our store, please call us to get a delivery cost and place your order.

How do I know if you deliver to my suburb?

We can deliver everywhere in Western Australia. The fee for delivery will be shown at time of placing your order.

Can I have my meat delivered to my workplace?

We can deliver to your workplace as long as it is readily accessible by our delivery van.

What do I do with the delivery box?

There is a $6 charge for foam delivery boxes. This charge will be waived if you leave the box from your last delivery out to exchange.

Do you have a pick-up option if I live outside the delivery radius?

Yes, customers are always welcome to pick up their order in store.

What if I miss an order cut off time?

If you miss an order cut off time and require next day delivery, please call us on (08) 9387 8881 to arrange your order.

Do I have to be home to accept the delivery?

We are able to leave your order in our foam eskies with ice packs which keeps your order cool. Please select this option when ordering online.

I live in a secure apartment can I get deliveries?

Yes. We can either leave with the concierge or deliver to your door provide there is access for our delivery van and someone is home to let us in.

After I’ve completed my online order can I make changes?

If you need to make changes to your order, please call us on (08) 9387 8881 to arrange.

What if the weight of the meat is different to what I ordered?

We will always cut your meat order to the weight ordered. If, due to product availability a weight is different to that ordered, we will refund any difference or call you to arrange an alternative.

What’s your returns and refunds policy?

We stand 100% behind the quality guarantee for our products. If a product you order is not of the quality you expected, please call us on (08) 9387 8881
